Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce (16 oz.)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed basil
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Add tomatoes (break up with fork).
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Add
    1 1/2 tablespoons
    parsley flakes, sugar, 1 teaspoon
    salt, basil and 1 teaspoon
    oregano.
    Simmer 1 hour.
