Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cornbread mix (mix as directed on pkg.)
    10 pieces bacon (crisp), crumbled
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (more if needed)
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Bake cornbread at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Let cool.
    Crumble cornbread and mix other ingredients.
