Beef With Peppers And Paprika Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean boneless beef steak
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. red or green bell peppers (can be mixed)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut meat into about 2-inch long strips.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika, blending well with fingers to coat meat.
    Heat half of butter in heavy skillet.
    Add onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook about 5 minutes, stirring.
