Peanut Butter Crisscross - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix thoroughly the shortening, peanut butter, both sugars and the egg.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a separate bowl, then stir it into the first bowl.
Chill dough for 1/2 to 1 hour.
