Lemon Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up or flaked white tuna fish, rinsed
    1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Beat well and add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold and serve on salad greens.
