Ham And Cheese Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    1 c. finely chopped ham
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. light cream
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 loaf cocktail bread
Preparation
    Combine 3/4 cup of each cheese, chopped ham, light cream and the spices in top of a double boiler.
    Heat until the cheeses melt.
    Spread the warm mixture on the cocktail bread slices. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and broil lightly.
