Carnation Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 2/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Gradually add evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to moderate heat (350\u00b0) and continue baking about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
