Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Make white sauce out of butter, salt, milk, flour and pepper. Place half of the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with half of the onion and half of the sauce.
    Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 to 6.
