California Wine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. corn oil
    3/4 c. cream sherry wine or white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg to taste
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients for 4 minutes at medium speed.
    Fold in pecans after mixing.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or mix 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of same type of wine used in cake; boil them 3 minutes and pour over cake while hot, letting stand in pan at least 30 minutes to cool.
