Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    12 small pork sausage, sliced
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil in a skillet, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in meats and cook 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
