Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp paprika
flour
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp light olive oil
1 large onion, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C sour cream or plain yogurt

In a large Ziploc bag, shake chicken pieces in salt, pepper, paprika and flour until well coated.
