Peach Mousse(Makes 2 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed peach pulp
    2 1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. powdered gelatin
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar and peach pulp.
    Add gelatin which has been soaked a few minutes in the cold water and dissolved over boiling water.
    Fold in cream, whipped stiff.
    Freeze.
