Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 6 oz. carton sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. drained pineapple
1 can drained bing cherries
1 sliced banana
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, lightly folding in bing cherries last.
Spoon into 12 paper muffin cups placed in muffin tins and freeze.
When frozen, place in plastic freezer bags.
Before serving peel off paper cups.
