Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. bread mix (choice of Pillsbury banana, apricot or date)
1 large jar mincemeat (rum preferred)
4 eggs
1/4 c. rum
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix and pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
