Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. rhubarb-cut up
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in pie shell.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
