Raisin Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. bran cereal
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
confectioners sugar for topping (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
In another large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, pumpkin, vegetable oil and cereal.
Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture, mixing just until moistened.
Stir in the raisins and nuts.
