Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin, sliced thinly against grain
    1 bunch broccoli, into flowerets
    1 onion, sliced thinly
    1 (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry beef until it loses its pink coloring.
    Add vegetables and cover. Cook until tender-crisp.
    Remove ingredients.
    Mix cornstarch and water and add to wok.
    Add soy sauce. Toss in vegetable-meat mixture.
    Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
