Cream Cheese Nut Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    walnut or pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream margarine and cream cheese; add sugar and flour, blending well.
    Form into small balls and flatten on greased cookie sheet by placing nut half in center.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 1/2 to 10 dozen, depending on size formed.
    Let cookies cool before removing from cookie sheet or they will crumble.
