Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick.
Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add a bit of the cooked mixture to egg yolks and continue on so the egg yolks don't cook and get stringy.
Add fresh lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Cook 1 minute.
Pour into a cooled, baked pastry shell.
