Chinese Barbecue Sauce For Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. hoisin sauce (Asian section of market)
1/3 c. catsup
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic powder
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 tsp. 5 Seasons spice (Asian section)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in refrigerator for about an hour. Brush over pork ribs and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Brush over while they are cooking at least once.
