Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    The chicken breasts should be boned, skinned and cut in strips.
    The frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) should be thawed and drained.
    Put the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch casserole in the order as listed with the cheese sprinkled over the top (layer).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
