Pork Roast, German Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork loin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large sliced onion
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 large tart apples
    1 bunch sliced carrots
Preparation
    Place salt and peppered roast in roaster and add onion.
    Bake for 2 hours.
    During last half of baking, add remaining ingredients.
    Finish cooking for 1 hour longer, or more if necessary.
    Approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
