Sweet Potato Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sweet potato or pumpkin
3 eggs
chopped nuts
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix together.
Unroll towel and spread mixture on top.
Roll back up and put in aluminum foil or freeze. Slice as needed
