No Fail - Good Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium white onion
    2 large potatoes, cut in cubes
    1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large bell pepper, cut in fourths
Preparation
    Brown meat with cut up onion.
    Drain off fat except for about 1/4 cup.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add water to your desired thickness or thinness.
