Potato Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot mashed potatoes (may use instant)
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can French fried onions
    2 small pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese, milk and butter into hot potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
    Fold in half of onions.
    Pile potatoes in a greased casserole dish and make a well in the center.
    Arrange hot broccoli in well.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0
    until hot and cheese is melted.
