Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's beef consomme
1 can water
1 c. rice
6 to 8 pork chops (according to size of dish)
black pepper
Preparation

Combine the consomme and water.
In casserole dish (oblong), pour rice, then the mixture of soup and water.
Salt chops, also black pepper, place on top.
Cover with foil and place in preheated oven of 350\u00b0 and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
About 15 minutes prior to time of baking, uncover for browning.
