Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mince and brown the onion in butter.
    Add the ground beef and salt. Add more butter, if needed.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients.
    Skim fat from meat.
    Combine to mixture and simmer. Serve on hot dogs.
