Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. rhubarb
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and beat until creamy.
Sift flour and dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk. Add vanilla.
Lastly add rhubarb.
Put topping on cake after batter is in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
