Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. meal
5 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, then turn oven to 250\u00b0 and bake for about 1 hour.
