Vegetable Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1/3 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1/3 c. broccoli, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    shredded cheese
    tomatoes, cubed
    green peppers, diced
Preparation
    Press crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
