Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef steaks (any cut applicable)
    1 bag diced bell peppers
    2 cans Campbell's creamy onion soup/dip
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut steaks in bite size chunks and brown in skillet.
    Once all meat is browned, rinse skillet and add diced peppers and 2 cans soup.
    Add 2 cans of water, rinsing soup cans.
    Stir in meat.
    Add cornstarch to thicken.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
