Kowpot (Thai) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hot peppers
    frozen peas
    6 to 8 slices bacon
    1 onion
    3 celery stalks
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can shrimp or frozen, precooked
    2 to 4 c. cooked rice
    mushrooms
    2 eggs
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in bacon grease. Place rice in wok or skillet.
    Pour in saute mixture and water chestnuts.
    Beat 2 eggs.
    Add soy sauce, cooked peas and hot peppers.
    Serve immediately.
