Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 c. raw potatoes, sliced
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Mix soup, milk, salt, pepper and onion.
    In a greased dish layer 1/2 potatoes, soup mixture and 1/2 of sausage.
    Repeat.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
