Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. apple juice (optional)
1 c. flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine (soft)
Preparation

Place apples in 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable dish.
May sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in mixing bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Cook on full power for 12 to 14 minutes or until apples are tender.
