Pasta Primavera Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pasta wheels or other fun shapes
    5 c. vegetables: carrots, zucchini, broccoli or peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
    2 Tbsp. red vinegar
    2 medium garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. ham in strips (optional)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/3 c. finely chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions, adding vegetables to water during last 5 minutes of cooking.
    Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
    Place in large serving bowl; toss with salad oil.
