Tiny Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. pecans, broken
Preparation
    Beat together until smooth, all except pecans.
    Divide half of the pecans among pastry-lined cups; add filling.
    Top with the remaining pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool and remove from pans.
