Strawberry Cream In Swiss Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the strawberries, 1/4 cup of the sugar and salt.
    Whip the cream until almost stiff.
    Beat in remaining sugar gradually, then add the vanilla.
    Fold in the strawberries and chill.
