Green Beans With Feta And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. green beans, trimmed
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese
    1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Steam beans until tender-crisp (approximately 4 minutes). Plunge in ice water. Drain. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add beans, Feta and basil; toss gently. Serves 12.
