Momma'S Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 to 1 1/4 c. rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon and remove from pan.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add rice and stir.
    Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until rice is done. Crumble fried bacon on top of rice.
