Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes or more.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until pie is firm.
