Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form dough into rope 8 inches long.
    Let rise 15 minutes on aluminum foil-covered cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
