Pasta Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. vermicelli
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    2 Tbsp. chopped shallots or onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain.
    In large skillet, heat butter and oil. Add shrimp, shallots and garlic.
    Cook 2 minutes; add remaining ingredients and cook until shrimp is pink.
    Pour over pasta.
