Chicken Chestnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. minced onions
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced (1 large can)
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
    Add chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion and celery. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Remove from oven and add egg slices.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and French onion rings on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
