Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash, trim and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Add to vegetables, mixing well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
