Lemon Sauce For Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Add lemon juice and parsley. Serve over fish.
