Crunchy Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 9-inch square pan.
Spread nuts on bottom of pan. Cream butter and sugar over heat and bring to a boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spread over nuts.
Sprinkle morsels over the top and spread to melt.
Put cookie sheet over the top to hold in the heat to melt morsels.
While warm, cut in squares; then chill until firm.
