Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken (in pieces), boned
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 3/4 c. chopped onion
2 to 3 tsp. Hungarian paprika
1 c. hot water with 1 bouillon cubed dissolved
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
1 c. plain yogurt
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Blend with paprika.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Add broth and simmer 40 minutes.
Dissolve starch in water and blend with yogurt.
Stir yogurt into chicken mixture and heat through.
Serve over egg noodles.
