Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 pt. blueberries
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
whipped cream or topping
Preparation

Bake pie shell.
Crush 1 cup blueberries and add to 1 cup water in saucepan. Stir in cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice.
Cook on medium heat until mixture is clear and thick.
Cool.
Add to remaining berries.
Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Chill and top with whipped cream.
