Texas Star Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried pinto beans
    1/2 tsp. cilantro
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    dash of white pepper
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 20 oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1 small can of V-8 juice
Preparation
    Sort and rinse beans. Soak overnight, and drain.
