Peanut Butter Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring to a boil the butter, water and peanut butter.
Remove from heat.
Add flour, sugar and salt.
Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
Pour into a greased and floured 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Icing should be made while the cake is baking.
